Remember the paper route? Same person, same day, at your door without you asking twice. I do that with the tech updates your household needs. You’re not chasing a ticket queue — you’re on a route.

You tell me your needs

Scan the form, text, or call. One sentence is enough: “Wi‑Fi dies in the office” or “I need help with ChatGPT for work.” I’ll ask a few questions about your household.

I build your list

Your devices, your carrier, your streaming, your habits. I sort what needs doing now, what needs a look, and what can wait, so every delivery is made for your house.

I deliver each week

Chatsworth, West SFV, Simi. On your route day (or a one-off visit), in person. Carrier hold music, password archaeology, and updates are mine. You get your afternoon back.

We pick the top pain — dead Wi‑Fi, a bill fight, a laptop that crawls — and finish it before we wander.

Carrier calls handled

I dial, authenticate, escalate. You can sit nearby or go make coffee. Either way, I don’t hang up early.

Devices named, networks labeled, streaming sorted, updates done. Notes left where you’ll find them next week.

Not a tour of every model. One or two workflows you’ll actually reuse — drafts, research, triage.

Visit · Member · Route

Same delivery. Different cadence.

A Visit is one delivery: $55/hr. Your first hour is free when we first meet. Members pay $45/hr for a 3-hour delivery window: when someone books a 3-hour block or joins the weekly route, I can plan my week around them and skip the extra drive and back-and-forth, so I pass the savings to you. Route is $90/mo — your weekly delivery, with 2 hours included, a text line, and a weekly slot. Extra Route hours are $40/hr.

Lock in your rate today. It never goes up. The price you sign up at is your price for life. Anything extra you choose to pay is a tip.
