Why this exists
Remember when the paper showed up on your porch, same day every week, and you never had to chase it? Tech doesn’t work that way. Updates, scams, and bill changes pile up like boxes in a closet. You don’t need a corporate help desk. You need someone local who shows up on schedule, stays on the carrier call, and teaches the AI piece without the hype.
Inner Circle is me, Kareem Jamal, Sole Owner Operator. I live and work in the neighborhoods I serve, so I know how households here actually run — and I treat your time with respect: clear, on-time, no fluff. That’s the route.

Show up on time
When we set your day and time, I’m there. If something changes, you hear it from me first.
Plain English
No jargon. I explain what I did and leave notes so you can do it yourself next time.
No upsell
The prices are on the page. I won’t pad the hours, and Route is there if it fits, not because it’s good for me.
Numbers, not slogans
