Your first hour, delivered.
I come to your door, fix what’s on top of your list, and fill in a one-page Household Tech Report with you. If we finish in the hour, you pay nothing. This is once per household, at our first meeting. If there’s more to do, it’s $55/hr from there and you decide whether to keep going.

The free first hour
One hour at your door when we first meet. Wi‑Fi, a device, a streaming mess, a suspicious text, a carrier bill: you pick what’s on top. No charge for that hour. It’s once per household; after that, $55/hr.
Your Household Tech Report
One page, filled in together while I’m there. It shows where your household tech stands and what to fix first. It stays with you.
A Route Sheet after
A short recap by text or PDF: what I did, what’s next, and what to watch for. After every visit, not just the first.

One page. Eight questions.
We walk through it together. I write; you tell me how things really are. Then we get to work on your list.
- Devices: what you have and what’s too old to update
- Wi‑Fi: router, dead zones, who’s on it
- Carrier and bill: what you pay and what to question
- Streaming: what you use and what you don’t
- Accounts and passwords: habits, never the passwords themselves
- Scam exposure: calls, texts, emails, who’s most exposed
- Backups: where your photos and documents live
- What to fix first: your top three
Want to see it first?
Print a blank Household Tech Report and fill in what you can before I arrive. It’s optional, and it’s ink-friendly: white page, thin lines.
Please don’t write passwords on it. Not now, not ever.
The Route Sheet
After a visit, you get a short recap with four parts:
- What I did in plain English
- What’s next, most important first
- What to watch for, like scam patterns or a setting to leave alone
- Time used, so there are no surprises
After the visit
You shouldn’t have to remember what I said.
The sheet comes by text or PDF, whichever you like. Keep it on the fridge, or in your phone. It’s yours.
Route clients get one after every delivery, along with a count of hours used for the month.
After hour one
Then it’s your call.
I’ll tell you the options once. If one visit was all you needed, that’s a fine answer.
- Single Delivery: $55/hr, one visit when you need it
- Member Block: $45/hr, booked in 3-hour blocks
- Weekly Route: $90/mo for 2 hours, a text line, and a weekly slot. Extra hours $40/hr
