The Inner Circle Route
Delivered to your doorIn your home or by textResults vary
TV and streaming setup, delivered.
A new TV shouldn’t cost you an afternoon of menus. I set up the TV, the streaming apps and the remote so you can turn it on and watch what you want, then go through what you’re paying for so nothing bills quietly in the background.
Who it’s for
Is this you?
This is for the new-TV owner, the person moving from cable to streaming, and anyone who pays for several services and watches one.
- You have a new TV or streaming stick and want it working properly.
- The remote does half of what it should, or three remotes do one job.
- An app won’t log in or keeps asking you to sign in again.
- You aren’t sure what you subscribe to, or what each one costs.
What a visit covers
What happens when I show up.
Set up the TV
Connect it to Wi‑Fi, update it, and choose sensible picture and sound settings.
Install and sign in to apps
You type your passwords. I show you how to keep them safe and how to stay signed in.
One remote for everyday things
Pair remotes, set volume and inputs, and connect a soundbar if you have one.
Subscription review
A list of what you pay for each month, what you use, and what could be paused or canceled. The decision is yours.
Profiles and controls
Separate profiles for each person, and kid-friendly limits where you want them.
Phone to TV
Casting or screen sharing from your phone or laptop, with a quick lesson so you can do it alone.
What to have ready
- The TV and its remote. The model number is on the back or in the Settings menu.
- The streaming services you subscribe to and the email each one uses.
- Your phone, so we can look at the subscriptions listed in its app store settings.
- Your cable or satellite box and remote, if you’re changing providers.
- A short list of what you like to watch.
Honest limits
- I can’t get paid channels or sports for free, and I don’t set up pirated or modified streaming boxes.
- I can’t change what a service carries, or remove blackouts on live sports and local channels.
- I don’t repair TV hardware, such as cracked screens or failed panels. I’ll tell you if it looks like a hardware problem.
- Wall mounting and cable runs are outside what I do.
- Canceling or changing a plan is your call. I show you how and can do it with you.
Buffering is often a Wi‑Fi problem at the TV’s spot. See Wi‑Fi and router help.
Questions
Answers before you book.
Can you help me switch from cable to streaming?
Yes. We list what you actually watch, compare what that costs across streaming services, and set it up. Local channels and live sports are the tricky part, so we check those first. I can’t promise the change will cost less; it depends on what you watch.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You type them, or we use your password manager. I don’t write them down or keep them.
My streaming stick keeps buffering. Is the TV the problem?
Usually it’s the Wi‑Fi signal at that spot, and sometimes the stick itself. I check the signal at the TV first, and if it’s weak we fix that before changing anything else.
Can you set up parental controls?
Yes. Profiles and content limits inside the apps and on the device. They help but aren’t foolproof, and I’ll tell you where the gaps are.
