The idea
A gardener for your home tech.
Most people only call for tech help when something is already on fire: the Wi‑Fi is down, the bill jumped, a scary text showed up. A gardener doesn’t work that way. They come on a schedule, pull the weeds while they’re small, and notice what’s about to need water. That’s the Route.
Tend
Small, steady visits.
On your slot, weekly or every other week, I keep things current: updates, backups, passwords, Wi‑Fi, the printer, the TV. Questions by text in between.

What do you actually do on a Route stop?

Weekly or every other week?
Your choice. Either way the Route is $90/mo with 2 hours of hands-on help and the text line. Some houses like a short weekly stop; others like a longer one every other week.
What if I need more than 2 hours?
Extra hours on the Route are $40/hr. I’ll check with you before going over.
Does the price go up?
No. Lock in your rate today. It never goes up. The price you sign up at is your price.
Is the first hour free?
Only at our first meeting, once per household. That’s when we walk through your home tech and make your list. After that, the Route is $90/mo, or $55/hr if you’d rather book one-off visits.
Which day is my route day?
Route days are set by neighborhood, so I spend my time at houses instead of on the freeway. Text me your ZIP and I’ll tell you which day your street is on.
My ZIP isn’t on the list. Can I still join?
Text me anyway. If I can fit your street in, I’ll tell you; if I can’t yet, I’ll say so plainly.
Will the Route lower my bills?

What happens if something breaks between stops?
Text the line. A lot gets answered by text. If it needs hands, it goes on your next stop, or we find the soonest time that works for both of us.
