AI - Inner Circle
12 weeksFive role tracksYour team’s real work
Your people are probably already trying AI tools. I teach them to use those tools safely, on their own real work: with a written policy, a person checking the output, and before-and-after numbers your team measures itself. Short videos, one hands-on task a week, and a capstone where each person automates one real workflow.
Discovery is a paid, fixed-fee first step, quoted in writing before you pay. The self-paced videos aren’t finished: joining the waitlist is one text, no commitment, and you hear the start date first. Prefer to call? (818) 402-7326.
How it works
Week 2 is your company’s AI-use policy: what may go into a tool, what never does, and who answers questions. Nobody practices on real work until that’s signed.
Short lessons of 8 to 15 minutes, then one hands-on task on the employee’s own recurring work. Plan on 30 to 40 minutes of video and 60 to 90 minutes of practice a week.
Week 1 sets a baseline. Week 11 compares against it, review time included. You decide what the numbers mean, with a worksheet that uses only your figures.

The twelve weeks
Weeks 1–2
What the tools do and don’t, the baseline log, green/yellow/red data, and your AI-use policy.
Weeks 3–5
Prompts that work, a shared prompt library, writing, summarizing, and meeting notes, with a review checklist.
Weeks 6–8
Your role’s top tasks, documents and spreadsheets, and mapping a workflow worth automating.
Weeks 9–10
Build a simple automation with a person approving before anything sends. Then test it, break it, fix it.
Week 11
Before and after, honestly: time, quality, and cost, using ranges and your own numbers.
Week 12
Each employee shows one automated real workflow, a one-page SOP, and a 90-day plan.
About 52 short videos in all, around 9 hours produced. Each employee watches roughly 6½ hours over the 12 weeks. Captions and transcripts on every lesson.

I teach your team live
Audit, build, and train
Discovery is paid from the start. You get the fee in writing before you pay anything. The self-paced videos aren’t finished yet, so that package is a waitlist: start dates and terms go to the waitlist first. Tool subscriptions (the AI and automation accounts your team uses) are paid by you, separately.
What’s in the team package
Your team finishes with a written policy, a prompt library, one tested workflow, and its own before-and-after measurements.
What that saves, if anything, varies with your work, your tools, and how much your people practice. I don’t publish averages and I can’t promise a number. If your numbers say a task isn’t worth automating, that’s a useful answer.
This is training, not legal, HR, tax, financial, or IT-security advice. I’m not affiliated with any software company.
Is it for you?
Your data
Your team uses AI and automation accounts that you pay for and control. When I work in them, it’s under a login you create, with limited access that ends when we’re done.
I use redacted or made-up samples wherever I can. I don’t put your confidential material into my own accounts or tools.
Every engagement has a short written agreement covering confidentiality and data handling. Passwords, payment card numbers, and regulated records stay out of the training entirely.
Straight answers
A paid Discovery is the first step, and live workshops and implementation are scheduled from there. The self-paced video package isn’t finished yet, so it’s a waitlist: join and you’ll hear the start date before anyone else.
Owner-led and small to mid-size businesses with recurring office, sales, customer-service, or operations work. There are five role tracks, so a front-desk person and an owner get different lessons.
Plan on about 30 to 40 minutes of video a week plus 60 to 90 minutes of hands-on work, mostly inside their normal tasks. Those are planning figures, not guarantees.
Whichever approved assistant and no-code automation tool your business already uses or chooses, for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot, and tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate. I teach habits that carry across tools, and I’m not affiliated with any of them. You pay for your own tool accounts.
It might, and it might not. It depends on the work, the tools, and the practice. Your team measures its own before-and-after numbers, and the ROI worksheet uses only those. I don’t publish averages and I can’t promise a result.
That’s not what it teaches. It’s about using the tools on repetitive, text-heavy tasks with a person checking the result. The policy excludes using AI for decisions about people.
Week 2 teaches a green, yellow, and red approach and walks you through a written AI-use policy. Red information stays out of AI tools entirely. I use samples where I can, work only in accounts you control, and sign a written confidentiality and data-handling agreement. The policy template isn’t legal advice, so have your attorney review it.
No. This is training. For legal, employment, tax, insurance, or security questions, talk to your own professional.
The self-paced team package is $3,000 per team, up to 8 seats. Discovery, live workshops, and done-with-you work are quoted, because the scope depends on your team. You get the fee in writing before you pay.
No. The first step is a paid, fixed-fee Discovery, so I can give your workflows real attention. You get written findings and an honest recommendation, including “not yet” if that’s the answer. Text me your business and what takes your team the most time, and I’ll send the details and the fee.
For live workshops and implementation, yes, in the Chatsworth, West San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Agoura Hills, and LA area, or by video. The self-paced package is all on video.
No. Inner Circle also helps households with their tech, with its own pricing and plans. Those are unchanged and separate from this training for businesses.
One text. Tell me your business and what takes your team the most time. I’ll send back the next step and the fee.
