Your first hour is free when we first meet. It’s a one-time thing for new clients (once per household), not for every visit. If we finish in that hour, you pay nothing. If there’s more to do, it’s $55/hr from there, and you decide whether to keep going.

A delivery is me at your door on your day with your list: devices, Wi‑Fi, carrier and bill checks, streaming, scams, and software updates, plus AI and computer lessons that stick. I explain what I did in plain English and leave notes where you’ll find them.

One-off visit: first hour free at the first meeting only (once per household), then $55/hr. Member: $45/hr, booked in 3-hour blocks (3 hours at a time). Time is billed at your rate, and you stay in charge of it: when the hour is up, you choose to keep going or pick it up another day. Members book 3-hour blocks, so there’s room to finish. On Route, your 2 hours are included and extra hours are $40/hr.
