Delivered to your doorIn your home or by textResults vary
Computer and phone help, delivered.
Whether your laptop is slow, your phone storage is full, or you just want to learn how to do something without being rushed, I come to your door and work at your pace. We fix what’s on top of your list, then I show you how to do it yourself next time and leave notes in plain English.
Who it’s for
Is this you?
This is for people who want a patient, local person who explains what they’re doing and lets them do the tapping.
- A computer or phone is slow, full or acting strangely.
- You got a new device and want your photos and contacts moved over.
- Email, attachments or video calls confuse you.
- You want a backup so your photos and documents aren’t in only one place.
What a visit covers
What happens when I show up.
Updates that matter
I install the important ones and leave optional ones alone, so nothing changes under you without a reason.
Slow or full devices
We find what’s using the storage or slowing the startup and clear it safely.
New device setup
Photos, contacts, apps and accounts moved over, with text size and accessibility options set the way you like.
Backups
Photos and documents in more than one place, with a simple routine you can keep up.
Email, calendar and contacts
A tidy inbox, attachments that make sense, and everything syncing across your devices.
Lessons that stick
One skill at a time, with you doing the clicking. You get notes in plain English afterward.
What to have ready
- The devices, charged, with their chargers.
- Your Apple, Google or Microsoft account login, typed by you.
- A list of what you want to do, in your own words. Three words each is plenty.
- Your old device, if you’re moving to a new one.
- A rough idea of where your photos and documents live today.
Honest limits
- I don’t do hardware repair, like cracked screens, failed drives or battery swaps. I’ll tell you when it’s hardware and where to take it.
- I can’t promise to recover lost data. If a drive is failing, stop using it and ask me first.
- I can’t get into a locked device or an account you can’t show is yours. The provider’s recovery process decides that, and I can walk you through it.
- Very old devices that no longer get updates can’t be made fully current. I’ll explain your options without pushing a purchase.
- I give tech guidance, not legal, medical or financial advice.

Questions
Answers before you book.
My computer is slow. Can you fix it?
Often there’s a cause we can find: too many startup items, a nearly full drive, or a pending update. Sometimes the honest answer is that the machine is too old, and I’ll tell you that before you spend money.
Do you work with both Mac and Windows, iPhone and Android?
Yes, the common setups. If something is unusual, I’ll tell you up front rather than guess on your device.
Can you transfer everything from my old phone?
In most cases, yes: photos, contacts, apps and messages where the platforms allow it. Some apps, like certain banking or messaging apps, need you to sign in again or restore from inside the app.
Can you teach me instead of just doing it?
That’s my preference. I do it once, show you, then watch you do it. The steps go into your Route Sheet recap so you can follow along later.
