I’m one person. I keep as little as I can, and I don’t sell or share it.
What this website collects
Nothing about you, on its own. There are no ad trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on this site. The forms on this site don’t send anything anywhere until you press send in your own messages app or submit Google’s form yourself. If you arrived from a link like Nextdoor, your browser remembers that for this tab only, so your text can say “via Nextdoor.” It’s cleared when you close the tab.
What I keep when you contact me
- When you text or call: your number, your name if you share it, and what you need help with.
- Promo Watch: your first name, phone or email, and the month your promo ends. Only to send you a reminder about a month before.
- The Google form (da.gd/ictech): what you type there. Google hosts the form; Google’s privacy policy covers their side.
- Visits: notes from your Route Sheet. I don’t keep your passwords. You type them, or they stay in your own password manager.
How I use it
To reply to you, schedule visits, and send the reminders you asked for. I don’t sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. I don’t add you to any list you didn’t ask for.
Texts, and how to stop them
I only text you if you texted me first or said yes (like the Promo Watch checkbox). Reply STOP to any text and I’ll stop. You can also text or call (818) 402-7326 and say “please delete my info,” and I’ll delete it and confirm.
