The Inner Circle Route
Delivered to your doorIn your home or by textResults vary
Carrier bill renegotiation, delivered.
Phone, internet and TV bills drift upward quietly. I sit down with you, read the statement line by line, and make the call to your carrier with you. You get a clear note of what was offered. Results vary by carrier and by account, and nothing is guaranteed.
Who it’s for
Is this you?
This is for the household that opens the bill, sees a number that doesn’t look right, and puts it back in the drawer. It also suits the family member who looks after a parent’s accounts.
- Your bill went up and you can’t tell why.
- A promotional price ended and the regular rate kicked in.
- You’re paying for equipment rental, extra lines or channels you don’t use.
- You dread the hold music and the phone menus.
What a visit covers
What happens when I show up.
Read the statement
Every line, fee and date, explained in plain English, so you know what you’re actually paying for.
Find the promo end date
And what the price becomes afterward. If the date isn’t printed anywhere, finding it is question one for the call.
Check what’s available
Current offers at your address, including what new customers are offered, so we have a real number to compare.
Make the call together
You’re there to authorize it, and I do the talking. We ask for loyalty or retention offers by name.
Write down what was offered
Names, dates, confirmation numbers and an email confirmation where the carrier will send one.
Set a reminder
A calendar nudge before the next promo ends, so the bill doesn’t drift again without you noticing.
What to have ready
- Your last two or three statements (paper, PDF or app).
- The account holder, in person or reachable by phone. Carriers usually require it.
- Your account login, typed by you. I don’t need to keep it.
- A list of the lines or services and who uses each one.
- A monthly total you’d be happy to keep paying. Write it down before we call.
Honest limits
- I can’t promise savings. Carriers decide what to offer, and some accounts have little or nothing left to negotiate.
- I don’t represent any carrier, and I can’t change your account without the account holder’s okay on the call.
- I won’t switch, downgrade or cancel anything unless you clearly tell me to.
- Contracts and early-termination fees are what they are. I’ll help you read them, but I don’t give legal or financial advice.
- Hold times happen. If a call runs long, we can pause and finish another day.

Questions
Answers before you book.
Do you guarantee I’ll save money?
No. Results vary by carrier and by account. I’ll show you what to ask for and make the call with you, but I can’t promise what a carrier will offer. If there’s nothing to improve, I’ll say so.
Do I have to be there for the call?
Plan to be. Carriers generally want the account holder’s permission, and it’s your account. Once that part is done, I do the talking while you carry on with your day or sit nearby.
Which carriers do you work with?
Whoever sends you the bill: mobile, internet, cable TV or a bundle. The process is similar from one to the next; the offers differ.
How long does it take?
A first pass often fits within about an hour, but hold times and complicated accounts can take longer. You stay in charge of the clock: when the hour is up, you choose to keep going or pick it up another day.
