What’s the free first meeting?
Your first meeting is free (a 20-minute chat). It’s a one-time thing for new clients (once per household), not for every visit. We talk through what’s bugging you and I tell you what I’d do. The first working visit is the $99 Setup visit, or a one-off visit at $55/hr.
What does a delivery include?
A delivery is me at your door on your day with your list: devices, Wi‑Fi, carrier and bill checks, streaming, scams, and software updates, plus AI and computer lessons that stick. I explain what I did in plain English and leave notes where you’ll find them.
How do pricing and blocks work?
One-off visit: first meeting free (a 20-minute chat) (once per household), then $55/hr. Member: $45/hr, booked in 3-hour blocks (3 hours at a time). Inner Circle Route: $90/mo for 2 hours, a text line, and a weekly or every-other-week stop; extra Route hours are $45/hr (your locked rate). Annual Inner Circle Route is $900 if you’d rather pay once a year. Full numbers are on the pricing page.
What is the rate lock?
Lock in your rate today. It never goes up. The price you sign up at is your price for life. Anything extra you choose to pay is a tip.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. Results vary by carrier and by account. I’ll show you what to ask for and make the call with you, but I can’t promise what a carrier will offer. The free bill guide is there if you’d rather try it yourself first.
Where do you serve?
